Angel Food Cake is very light and airy. Made up of mainly egg whites, sugar, and cake flour, this was really easy to make. What I found to be very interesting was the fact that I had to flip the cake upside down and place it over the neck of a bottle to let it rest for 45 minutes. When I took a bite of my Angel Food Cake, I realized it wasn't as light as I had hoped and expected it to be. Oh well, it was a first!
