Chocolate Mousse Meringue Cake



This, by far, is the cake I am most proud of. This Chocolate Mousse Meringue Cake caught everyone's attention from all of their "oooo's" and the "aahhh's." From bottom to top, this cake was constructed of a cocoa meringue disk, raspberry jam, whipped cream, fresh blueberries; repeated. Then, it was smothered in chocolate mousse and covered with cocoa meringue logs and fresh blueberries. Finally, it was sprinkled with confectioner's sugar and cocoa powder. Looking so delicate, the most hardest part of this dessert, was slicing it.
